Junior System Administrator

Junior System Administrator

to join our expanding IT team! In this key role, you will support the day-to-day operations of our IT ecosystem, managing user accounts, IT assets, and cloud services. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a secure, efficient, and well-documented IT environment. Your Responsibilities :

Manage the

Microsoft 365 tenant, including licenses, groups, and policies. Oversee the entire

identity and access management (IAM)

across various platforms, in line with the company’s IAM policies. Monitor and manage

IT assets

and Remote Resource Management (RRM) tools. Apply IT policies related to

access control and security.

Provide support to users for software, hardware, and access issues. Collaborate on

and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes. Coordinate with

MSP partners

to manage both cloud and on-premise infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For :

1 to 3 years of experience in IT roles such as

System Administrator

IT Support Specialist.

Good knowledge of

Windows (desktop / server)

macOS

operating systems. Familiarity with

Microsoft Active Directory,

Exchange,

DNS, and

DHCP.

Practical experience with

Microsoft 365

SharePoint Online.

Basic networking knowledge (VLAN, WLAN, 802.1x protocol). Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills.

Nice to Have : Experience with

Fortinet

systems (firewall, VPN, etc.). Knowledge of

Computer Science,

Information Technology, or a related field.

Work Location : Remote (Italy), with availability to attend in-person meetings in San Marino and/or Milan approximately twice a month.
