Here at The Exploration Company, we are developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle that can eventually be refuelled in orbit and that can carry cargo—and potentially humans in the longer run.

Objective

Efficiently manage the register, verification and processing of invoices, guaranteeing the accuracy and compliance of the internal procedures and current regulations.

Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing: Create, verify, and process invoices for Seven separate entities with high accuracy.
• Data Management: Maintain and update client and vendor accounts, ensuring all financial data is current and accurate.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile invoices and resolve any discrepancies by communicating with vendors and internal departments.
• Accounts Receivable: Manage accounts receivable, including sending invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of all invoice-related activities and financial data.
• Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks as needed to support the department's workflow and efficiency.

Requirements

• English Language Proficiency: Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Attention to Detail: A high level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail is critical for handling financial documents.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities are necessary to manage tasks and data for multiple entities simultaneously.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in using accounting or invoicing ERP (SAP, Oracle, Odoo).
• Experience: Previous experience in an administrative, bookkeeping, or billing role is considered a plus.
