The Senior Sales Support Administrator acts as a key support function to the sales team, assisting with sales order administration, including the quote to cash process.

What You'll Be Doing

• Establish relationships with vendors and coordinate interactions, queries, and information sharing.
• Support with client quotes, either directly or on behalf of the sales team.
• Influence pricing and margins by suggesting products based on lead times, promotions, and suppliers.
• Administer purchase orders, generate, distribute, and manage them.
• Verify quotes against orders, ensuring correct terms and conditions.
• Coordinate vendor pricing information with commercial colleagues.
• Manage sales documentation through receiving, labeling, sorting, filing, and distributing.
• Capture data and maintain sales systems.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
• Produce reports using sales data and systems.
• Identify and suggest improvements to sales administration processes.

What You'll Bring

• A university degree diploma.
• 4-7 years of experience in Sales Support and Administration.
• Experience with quoting tools is an advantage.
• Experience with quote to cash processes.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of sales processes, tools, and methodologies is advantageous.
