Quality Control Specialist, Finished Product

Stone Island is a globally recognized brand founded in 1982, committed to innovation, independent spirit, and high quality. We are looking for a senior, technically skilled Quality Control Specialist to join our Quality team at our headquarters in Ravarino (MO).

Overview

As a Quality Control Specialist, you will act as the technical reference for garment construction and finishing. Your primary responsibility is to perform on‑site quality inspections at external manufacturing partners, focusing on outerwear, trousers, sweatshirts, and T‑shirts.

The Role

You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure finished garments meet Stone Island’s quality standards. Your work will support corrective actions and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

Your Impact

Day‑To‑Day

  • Perform on‑site technical quality inspections on finished garments, focusing on construction, stitching and finishing.
  • Identify and analyze defects, collaborating with suppliers to define corrective actions.
  • Verify compliance with technical sheets, fitting requirements and quality standards.
  • Act as a key interface between suppliers and internal teams to ensure quality alignment throughout production.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in garment quality control or technical roles within apparel manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques and finishing standards.
  • Ability to diagnose technical issues and interact confidently with suppliers.
  • Good command of English and willingness to travel weekly to suppliers on the national territory, with availability for international travel.
