Operation Manager – Area Manutenzione

Adecco Italia is recruiting for a key position in the rapidly growing sector of aquatic sports facilities. The role supports the Manager in overseeing the maintenance of buildings and plant equipment mainly located in the province of Bergamo, with additional sites in Brescia, Milan, and Mantua. You will handle maintenance scheduling, coordinate internal and external teams, optimize processes for efficiency, manage resources, ensure service quality, and monitor operational costs.

• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings and plant equipment.
• Coordinate and supervise internal staff and external contractors.
• Identify and resolve basic technical issues involving hydraulic, electrical, and construction systems.
• Monitor and report on service quality and operational costs.
• Improve maintenance processes and enforce cost‑effective practices.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in technical operation or maintenance management of facilities with hydraulic, electrical, or construction systems.
• Solid knowledge of hydraulic and electrical plant systems.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to resolve basic technical issues.
• Excellent time management and planning capabilities.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with onsite staff, suppliers, and collaborators.
• Flexibility and adaptability to daily operational challenges.
• Ideal candidate has field experience as an electrician, plumber, or facility maintenance professional with strong organizational skills and cost focus.

Additional Information:

• Base of operations: Castiglione della Stiviere or surrounding areas in Bergamo.
• Work schedule: Full day, daily travel to plant sites; occasional overnight stays.
• Contract: Direct employment (potentially permanent) and provision of company car.
• Salary: RAL starting at €45,000.
