Data and AI Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data and AI Specialist to drive the development and implementation of AI and data-driven solutions across the organization.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background and interest in data platforms, machine learning, and generative AI, with proven experience in technical project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating external technical teams during the end-to-end development of data platforms and AI projects.
- Ensuring development of resilient and scalable solutions.
- Interacting with cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts and remove blockers, ensuring project continuity without compromising innovation.
- Ensuring project compliance with Data Governance policies.
- Defining and implementing best practices for data governance and management in collaboration with the Data Governance team.
- Supporting the deployment of platforms like Databricks in line with infrastructure and cybersecurity standards.
- Performing tests and small PoCs on platforms like Databricks, AWS, and Azure to verify technical feasibility.
- Deploying and managing AI/GenAI training programs to upskill internal stakeholders.
- Supporting the identification of Data and AI use cases across departments.
Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields.
- Experience in data, AI, and software engineering roles.
- Knowledge of Data Platforms, AI, and GenAI solutions.
- Strong familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and data platforms (Databricks).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Italian.
