Group Academy Learning Monitoring & Grants Specialist

Within the Group Chief People & Organization Office function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the Group Academy team, in charge to support Generali strategy and business results as the engine to grow future global leaders, to nurture our talents, to accelerate the Group’s transformation, to foster diversity and inclusion across the Group and to enhance the perception of Generali as an employer of choice. The unit is in charge of designing and delivering key training and development initiatives to enrich the potential of our people and equip them for business and future challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the financial tracking of training initiatives, including budget updates, cost monitoring, and reporting
  • Contributing to the management of funded training programs by preparing documentation and ensuring compliance with funding requirements
  • Collecting and organizing data for KPIs related to training effectiveness and financial performance
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to support the execution of training activities
  • Helping prepare materials for audits, funding applications, and internal reporting
  • Maintaining documentation and records related to training and grants in line with organizational procedures

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or similar disciplines
  • 2+ years of experience in administration, budget monitoring, or training support, preferably in structured organizations
  • Familiarity with basic financial reporting and documentation processes
  • Good command of Excel and other tools for data management and reporting
  • Experience with funded training programs or public/private grants is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and precise in handling data and documentation
  • Reliable and organized, with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Clear communicator, both written and verbal
  • Team player with a proactive and structured approach
