Overview

LuxExperience is the leading digital, multi-brand luxury group and the online shopping destination for luxury enthusiasts worldwide. Mytheresa, NET-A-PORTER and MR PORTER form the Luxury segment; YOOX and THE OUTNET form the off-price segment. The NYSE-listed group operates in key markets worldwide. This role is for an HR Business Partner based in Milan, Italy, to support the Luxury Stores (NET-A-PORTER, MR PORTER and MYTHERESA) in Italy, focusing on operations and employee relations.

Location: Milan, Italy (Our offices in Milan, Italy).

Team and Reporting

Team Size: approximately 10 resources. Reporting into: HR Director Technology, Operations & Employee Relations.

Contract and Working Model

Contract Type: Permanent. Working Model: Hybrid. Potential Start Date: November / December 2025.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting a wide range of HR topics across the assigned business units (Logistics and Studio, ~200+ employees, Italy-based).
  • Advise, coach and support line managers in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures and best practices to ensure effective and consistent management of staff.
  • Provide support to employees on all HR matters.
  • Maintain organization and associate updates in internal tools and systems.
  • Coordinate processes within the employee life cycle (onboarding, internal mobility, promotions, changes of hours, salary increases, off-boarding).
  • Manage the year-end process including meritocracy, performance evaluations, salary reviews and bonus planning.
  • Support the recruitment team in hiring processes across the assigned business unit.
  • Lead the development and improvement of local HR processes, systems and procedures.
  • Analyze HR metrics and use data to drive process improvements.

Employee Relations

  • Support negotiation with Local and Company Trade Unions.
  • Manage disciplinary actions and litigations.
  • Develop capacity of line managers to manage ER issues, fostering positive working relationships and a constructive ER climate.
  • Formulate and maintain effective, legally compliant HR/ER policies.
  • Support in managing ER case load, leading investigations as required.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for HR Advisors and Business Partners.
  • Support ER training delivery to managers and employees.
  • Provide insight and reporting to enable sound strategic decisions.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven HR Business Partnering and ER experience within large, complex and unionised organizations.
  • Familiar with HR administrative procedures and reward metrics (highly preferred).
  • Degree in Business Management, Economics, Labour Law or equivalent (preferred).
  • Data-driven and analytical with strong MS Excel skills.
  • Experience advising at Executive level and with Trade Unions.
  • Solid knowledge of Italian Employment Legislation (CCNL Commercio highly preferred).
  • Ability to conduct difficult and sensitive conversations with managers and employees, with empathy.
  • Self-starter with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented, flexible, proactive with a can-do attitude.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality; excellent report writing and verbal skills.
  • Fluency in English and Italian required.
