Job Description

Join our team as a bartender and deliver exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests warmly, following brand standards, handling bar service, clearing and setting tables, and serving food and drinks.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Fluent in both Italian and English
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
• Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
• Strong planning, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
• Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
• Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and respond accordingly

Candidate Profile

Education and Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a property with sizeable rooms and meeting spaces.
