As a member of the JD Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service to customers every time they visit the store. You will assist customers to maximize store productivity, exceed sales targets, and utilize in-store devices.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers throughout the sales process, from selecting to purchasing products, ensuring targets are met;
• Offer alternatives and maximize sales by leveraging digital channels provided by the company, ensuring customer satisfaction;
• Maintain sales standards, including cleaning and tidying the store when necessary;
• Check stock levels on the sales floor, restocking as needed to ensure a full range of sizes is available.

Requirements:

• Preferably experience in retail;
• Excellent communication and customer management skills;
• Team-oriented with attention to detail.
