Who we’re looking for

A young, dynamic, and creative Marketing Assistant looking to join a strong, international team. This position will support the marketing department with digital activities, campaign management, and event organization, helping to strengthen the brand's image and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational management of digital channels (social media, newsletter, website).
• Support in planning and monitoring online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads).
• Updating and managing e-commerce on Shopify and CRM on Salesforce.
• Market and competitor analysis, KPI monitoring, and report preparation.
• Support in organizing events, in-store activities, and partnerships with international brands.
• Creation of content and marketing materials in line with Fasoli's values and image.
• Coordination with external agencies and suppliers.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Economics, or similar.
• Languages : Native Italian, fluent English (C1 or higher), German preferred.
• Availability to travel between boutiques (Brescia, Verona, Venice, Innsbruck).
• Preferably with own car.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Shopify.
• Google Ads / AdWords certification preferred.
• Organizational skills, creativity, precision, and a strong passion for the world of luxury.

Workplace

The position is based in Brescia, with periodic travel to boutiques in Verona, Venice, and Innsbruck.
