Descrizione azienda: Il nostro cliente è una realtà multinazionale leader nel settore delle Energie Rinnovabili.

Position

Siamo alla ricerca di una figura di HSE. Il candidato si occuperà della gestione e del coordinamento delle attività in ambito Salute, Sicurezza e Ambiente per i cantieri in Italia. Collaborerà alla redazione di DUVRI e certificazioni, garantendo il rispetto delle normative in materia di salute, sicurezza e ambiente (HSE) durante tutte le fasi dei progetti, supportando la gestione del rischio, il monitoraggio della conformità e l’implementazione delle politiche aziendali.

Responsabilità

Operare come Delegato ex art. 16 D.Lgs. 81/2008 in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro.
Supervisionare e garantire la conformità normativa e procedurale nei luoghi di lavoro, anche tramite audit formali/informali.
Supportare la valutazione dei rischi, la raccolta della documentazione HSE e l’implementazione dei piani OHS.
Collaborare con uffici legali e procurement per garantire coperture assicurative e licenze dei subappaltatori.
Rilevare non conformità, aree di miglioramento e proporre azioni correttive.
Redigere e aggiornare la documentazione HSE nei sistemi aziendali.
Supportare la reportistica ESG e la compilazione dei questionari EH&S per le offerte.
Contribuire alla formazione, alla diffusione di buone pratiche OHS e alla gestione dei rifiuti pericolosi, incendio e conservazione delle risorse.

Requisiti

Laurea in Ingegneria.
Esperienza consolidata in ambito HSE, preferibilmente in cantieri o impianti energetici.
Conoscenza delle normative ISO 9001 e ISO 14001/45001.
Conoscenza del rischio elettrico.
Disponibilità a trasferte nei cantieri.
Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese.

We are looking for a motivated and skilled professional to strengthen the team and ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across biomethane production and project development sites. This role will be key in monitoring, implementing, and continuously improving HSE systems while promoting a strong safety and sustainability culture.

Your new role

Ensure compliance with local, national, and EU health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Support risk assessment and risk management processes at operational sites and construction areas.
Contribute to the drafting and updating of HSE documentation such as Risk Assessment Documents (DVR), Emergency Plans, Safety Operational Plans, H&S Coordination Plans and procedures.
Monitor HSE performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct internal HSE audits and support external audits by authorities or clients.
Deliver training and awareness sessions on health, safety, and environmental topics to staff and contractors.
Manage relationships with consultants, certification bodies, and regulatory authorities.
Collaborate with technical, operations, and construction teams on environmental and safety evaluations of new projects.
Contribute to the definition and implementation of the company’s environmental sustainability strategy.

What you need to succeed

Degree in Environmental, Chemical, Safety Engineering or in Occupational Health & Safety or related disciplines.
3–5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably within industrial or energy sectors (e.g., oil & gas, renewables, biogas/biomethane).
In‑depth knowledge of Italian Legislative Decree 81/08 and environmental regulations.
Certifications or qualifications (e.g., RSPP, ISO 14001/45001 auditor) are a plus.
Familiarity with main HSE standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, EMAS).
Strong communication skills, proactivity, and continuous improvement mindset.
Fluent in Italian, with good command of technical English.
