Inbound Logistic Trainee

Based in our headquarter office in Carpi, Modena (Italy) we're looking for an Inbound Logistic Trainee to join our Operation Team.

This is a very interesting position within our organization for a talented and brilliant student who is willing to take on a

6-month experience

and be part of an international company.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supporting Incoming Team with shipping documents;
• Follow express shipments and their customs clearance process;
• Constant contact with freight forwarders and suppliers;
• Collaboration with internal stakeholders;
• Trace import shipments until their arrival to the warehouse;
• Contact with warehouse by sharing goods arrivals.

SKILLS AND ATTITUDES

• Master\'s degree in, Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluent in English.
• Critical analysis and problem solving with a Team player attitude.
• Good communication skills
