Sales Professional Pest Control - Brescia

Responsibilities

  • Develop the sales plan to expand Rentokil Initial’s market penetration in line with the company’s commercial policy.
  • Maintain and develop existing customer relationships, achieving maximum profit and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Guide customers through the entire purchasing decision process, answering product/service questions, negotiating terms, and drafting commercial proposals.
  • Establish and maintain reliable client relations and service levels to ensure customer loyalty and business retention.
  • Address reported client issues and guarantee timely feedback.
  • Expand the portfolio by promoting high‑value added Rentokil Initial services.
  • Manage customer requests by coordinating with Customer Care, Services, and Credit departments.
  • Build long‑term relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Develop the customer portfolio, create new leads, and exceed predefined sales targets.
  • Ensure full profitability and solvency of each client.
  • Contact potential clients in assigned geographic areas, market sectors, and client types to develop business targets through visit plans and proposals.
  • Establish relationships with potential clients, promoting Rentokil services and actively negotiating sale opportunities.
  • Evaluate the size, value, and timing of opportunities.
  • Use the Sales EcoSystem tool to track potential clients and plan all sales phases and relevant data.
  • Prepare and explain service offers, working with other functions to achieve sound business results.
  • Negotiate and close revenue‑stream sales.
  • Handle activities to reach planned objectives and profitability levels, focusing on new clients and net gain.

Qualifications

  • Experience with KPI usage at work.
