WSP Italia is seeking a N° 2 Tender Office Coordinator to join our Business Development Team in Turin. This role is essential to supporting the company’s growth and competitiveness in both public and private markets. As our business continues to expand, the ability to manage tender processes efficiently and accurately is crucial to securing new opportunities and strengthening our market position.
The Tender Office Coordinator will play a key role in coordinating the full tender process—from identifying opportunities and preparing documentation to submitting offers and managing post-award activities. Working closely with colleagues from the Commercial, Legal, and Technical departments, this person will ensure that all submissions are complete, compliant, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

The position involves using online procurement platforms, preparing and organizing all required documentation according to current regulations, collecting bid justification materials, and drafting offers in collaboration with the Commercial team. The Tender Office Coordinator will also ensure timely submissions, monitor tender progress, and maintain a structured archive to improve future tender evaluations and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Legal, Administrative, or related studies and have at least two years of experience managing public and private tender processes. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Teams is required, along with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure. Accuracy, attention to detail, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset are key to success in this role. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential, as the position involves regular coordination with multiple departments. A strong command of English is required, and knowledge of French or other European languages will be considered an advantage.
