Randstad Sales & Marketing Milan is seeking a Partnership Activations Account for a prestigious football club.
The Partnership Activations Account will support and manage a group of Global Partners within the Partnership Activations team.
He/She will be responsible for assisting the Senior Partnership Activations Account Manager and the Partners, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction, and developing activation plans aligned with Club's objectives, under the supervision of the Senior Partnership Activations Account Manager.
One-year fixed-term contract for maternity cover
Monday - Friday 8 hours + availability during matchday
Retribuzione annua: 34,000€ - 40,000€

Responsabilità
Responsibilities:
- Support the activations of a group of Global Partners and provide them with dedicated activation plans.
- Take responsibility for managing multiple requests from the Partners and ensure that the sponsorship contractual rights between the Club and the Partner are respected at all times.
- Ensure that workflows between internal departments are correctly activated.
- Ensure that all project components are effectively completed, and constantly update the Partners and your manager.
- Generate innovative ideas to activate the partnerships.
Qualifiche
The Partnership Activations Account will be valued based on the tasks followed on:

Qualifications:
- 2+ years' experience in similar roles, preferably in the sport industry
- Planning ability, precision, proactivity and excellent team working skills
- Project management ability: organizational, communication and time management skills
- Familiarity with the use of the Office package, especially Excel and Power Point
- Proficient both in Italian and in English
