Software Maintenance Developer

Role & Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain existing software applications to ensure performance, reliability, and stability over time

Identify, analyze and resolve software issues, bugs, and incidents in collaboration with development and operations teams

Manage and prioritize maintenance tickets and improvement requests from internal stakeholders

Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of issues and improve system robustness

Document maintenance activities

Participate in technology upgrades and refactoring initiatives to keep software up-to-date and aligned with best practices

Ideal requirements

Computer science degree

Knowledge of C# development

Knowledge of databases and Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks

Knowledge of the software development life cycle

Attention to detail

Incline towards teamwork and cooperation

Knowledge of Agile and Scrum development methodologies
