Job Overview

A key role in our culinary team, the Kitchen Steward is responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for food preparation and service
  • Assisting with food storage, handling, and disposal to prevent contamination and waste
  • Supporting the culinary team with tasks such as dishwashing, utensil cleaning, and equipment maintenance
  • Ensuring all kitchen areas are clean and organized, adhering to health and safety regulations

This Position Requires

  • A motivated and reliable individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and procedures preferred
