Guarantee Process Quality Assurance and partecipate to internal development cycle reviews to ensure that processes are followed and deviation captured and dispositioned;
Support the definition of the E&I Processes & Methodologies improvement Roadmap;
Support and coordinate the cross geographical Engineering & Innovation methodologies review;
Perform interviews and with the aim to identify methodologies criticalities and points of improvement and to address dedicated solutions;
Contribute to develop, maintain and improve tools designed to support Engineering methodologies in collaboration with ?Tools, Data Management & Cyber Resilience? function and Digital Solutions.
Qualifications
Engineering degree
Technical Skills / Languages / IT Skills
Knowledge of Design & Development processes and methodologies for airborne complex systems? Knowledge of Software or Complex Systems Design & Development processes, methodologies & tools
Good English knowledge
Good Microsoft Office knowledge (especially MS Word, Excel and Power-point)
Knowledge of ARP4754 standard for Development of Civil Aircraft and Systems (as plus)
Knowledge of RTCA DO-178 normative for software in airborne systems (as plus)
Experience in cross geographic processes integration (as plus)
Knowledge of System Engineering / Model Based System Engineering (as plus)
Lean Manufacturing or Lean Six Sigma Knowledge/Certification (as plus)
Agile Knowledge / Certification (as plus)
Knowledge of process mapping techniques and BPM tools (e.g. ARIS) (as plus)
