What will you do?
- Lead the expansion and management of our property portfolio in France.
- Identify and acquire property management companies and private landlords interested in promoting their listings on Spacest.com, from initial outreach to closing agreements.
- Manage day‑to‑day relationships with French property owners and managers, including performance analysis, listing optimization, and ongoing support.
- Drive business development initiatives to strengthen our presence and partnerships in the French market.
What is required?
- Fluent French language.
- Excellent interpersonal, dialectical and empathic skills.
- Organizational and management skills.
- Ability to work towards objectives and undertake ambitious challenges.
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in economics or related disciplines).
- Previous experience in sales is preferred.
