Senior UX Designer / Cognitive Ergonomist (Automotive HMI) – RE:LAB s.r.l. We are looking for an experienced UX Designer / Cognitive Ergonomist to join our HMI Design Division, contributing to the definition of functional logics and interaction specifications for vehicle interfaces. This position offers the opportunity to take part in a new, highly challenging international project within our HMI Division that requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and a global mindset. The ideal candidate is motivated to work in international contexts and willing to travel when necessary to collaborate with partners and clients.
A senior or mid-level professional with solid experience in automotive UX/HMI design, preferably with a background in Cognitive Ergonomics, Human Factors, or Interaction Design.
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with flexibility in workdays based on project needs.
Location: Based in Reggio Emilia, with extensive on-site collaboration abroad, especially in regions outside Europe during the early project phases.
