About The Role
We seek a recent Engineering graduate to support our Central Environmental, Health and Safety Team during a maternity leave. The role involves working across various environments (R&D, logistics, manufacturing, retail, sales) and regions, requiring agility and collaboration with diverse teams. Based in Rome, you will support the management system, learn to operate our EHS digital platform, and assist local entities with their daily activities. Responsibilities include data gathering, KPI analysis, reporting, and supporting EHS and ESG compliance.

• Ensure timely reporting of EHS KPIs, analyze performance, and consolidate regional dashboards.
• Collaborate with consultants on digital platform improvements.
• Assist in retrieving data for ESG and company reporting (CSRD/Ecovadis).
• Support investigations of environmental incidents.
• Ensure ISO14001-50001 certifications are maintained and audits conducted.
• Implement site countermeasures following EHS audits.
• Coordinate monthly awareness campaigns across retail.
• Support digital project implementations.

Qualifications & Experience

• University Degree in Engineering.
• No prior experience required.
• Technical skills: Microsoft Office 365, basic knowledge of EHS legislation, ISO standards, and CSRD Directive.
• Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
• Soft skills: teamwork, learning agility, effective communication, performance-driven, problem-solving.
