Your Role at a Glance

Customer Support 70%

• Help users via email and chat—no phone calls!
• Provide clear, friendly, and accurate assistance in German and English
• Use smart tools to solve issues efficiently and with empathy

Content Moderation 30%

• Review and manage user-generated content across apps and platforms
• Identify and escalate harmful or inappropriate material
• Ensure everything follows legal and community standards

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in German, with a good command of written English
• Confidence using everyday tech tools like Word and Excel
• A curious, detail-oriented mindset—no prior experience needed
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including some evenings and weekends
