Customs Brokerage Operations Manager, AWS Cloud Logistics. The AWS APAC Brokerage Ops Team seeks a motivated Brokerage Operations Manager to drive and optimize our customs operations across the region. In this role, you will lead process improvements, standardize operational procedures, and execute strategic initiatives while maintaining tactical excellence in day-to-day operations. You will operate autonomously in managing customs brokerage operations, developing performance metrics, and establishing best practices.
You’ll join a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You’ll collaborate with people across AWS to help us deliver the highest standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers.
