• Support the front office during client and prospect meetings, contributing to the development of trusted relationships.
• Deliver holistic and personalized advisory services aligned with clients’ wealth and family needs.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a multidisciplinary and integrated approach.
• Continuously monitor regulatory developments and update the team on innovative Wealth Planning solutions.
• Promote Wealth Planning culture through internal training and sharing of best practices.

You will lead a dedicated team of Wealth Planning Advisors who are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. Your team will work closely with Client Advisors, CAG, CIO, and other departments to deliver a holistic wealth management experience. Collaboration and innovation are key aspects of your team's approach, ensuring that clients receive the best possible advice and solutions.

• Degree in Law or Economics; a master’s degree in tax or wealth planning is considered a plus.
• 7–10 years of proven experience in similar roles, preferably within banking (wealth planning teams), legal and tax firms, fiduciary companies, or trustee companies.
• In-depth knowledge of Italian regulations regarding personal and corporate taxation, asset protection tools, family law and succession law, extraordinary transactions, and philanthropic instruments.
• Familiarity with cross-border and international planning topics.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
