We are looking for an experienced Import / Export Specialist Senior to join our team in Val della Torre (TO). The selected candidate will play a key role in driving the growth of our business, ensuring full compliance with regulations related to shipping, customs, and the resolution of issues within this strategic business area.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee export and import operations , ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations.
• Manage the correct classification of customs codes and guarantee the accuracy of all required documentation.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to design and implement efficient logistics processes , contributing to the development of internal procedures.
• Track and analyze logistics costs , recommending solutions to improve efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Keep up to date with industry regulations and actively promote adherence to company policies and procedures .

Requirements

We are looking for candidate with the following skills / experience :

• University degree in Engineering, Economics, Law or similar
• Training Incoterms® ICC – for the application of sales rules
• Minimum of five years’ experience in logistics, ideally within multinational companies or in organizations involved in goods export, including consultancy.
• In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, harmonized codes, preferential and non-preferential origin, and related customs matters.
• Strong professional network within the logistics and customs sector, enabling timely assessment and knowledge sharing when new challenges arise.
• Proven ability to plan and coordinate both domestic and international shipments.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (preferably Microsoft 365) and shipping management software

• High level of accuracy combined with a pragmatic approach.
• Strong sense of urgency and accountability.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
