Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for an

IT Infrastructure Specialist

to join KIKO MILANO’s IT Cloud & Datacenter Team, reporting to the Cloud & Data Center Senior Manager.

Such talent will have extensive experience in

IT Operations and infrastructure , with a strong focus on designing and implementing multi-cloud and IaaS / SaaS / PaaS architectures.

The candidate will ensure that operating systems, databases, network, and security are managed and updated in accordance with company standards and will also serve as a key interface with external providers, steering implementation requests and ensuring compliance with both project requirements and corporate guidelines.

In particular, you will :

Design and implement cloud based and IaaS / SaaS / PaaS architectures, primarily on AWS.

Understand project requirements and collaborate with IT Application Owners and project stakeholders.

Collaborate with external vendors, directing implementation requests and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Manage Identity and Access Management (IAM) on Entra ID, Active Directory, and AWS.

Ensure consistent management and updating of operating systems, databases, network, and security.

What you will need to succeed

Degree in Information Technology or similar studies

From 3 to 4-year experience in a similar role

Proficiency in

AWS

and the ability to design and implement architectures

Proficiency in Entra ID,

Microsoft 365

and Active Directory

Ability to direct implementation requests to external vendors and monitor outcomes and timelines

Proficiency in

IAM

(AWS roles / policies and Azure AD, including application federation)

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operating systems

Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure issues and perform reverse engineering activities

Understanding of network and security concepts (routing, firewalls, ACL, security groups)

Understanding of integration methods and integration tools

Familiarity with major databases (MS-SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL)

Knowledge of storage and backup solutions

Knowledge of SharePoint Online

Knowledge and use of ITIL methodologies in day-to-day management

Fluent in English – both spoken and written
