Spacest.com is a proptech start-up leader on the Italian market of medium-long term rentals of premium flats and rooms. We are looking for proactive, ambitious people with a positive and collaborative approach to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Expansion and management of properties in France;
  • Acquisition of important property management companies in France, potentially interested in promoting their properties on Spacest.com: from the first contact to the closing of the deal;
  • Daily management of relations with French Property Owners and Managers: performance analysis, improvement of listings, etc.;
  • Business Development activities.

What is required

  • Fluent French language;
  • Excellent interpersonal, dialectical and empathic skills;
  • Organisational and management skills;
  • Ability to work towards objectives and undertake ambitious challenges;
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in economics or related disciplines);
  • Previous experience in sales is preferred.
