Fragrance Junior Associate Fixed-Term Contract (Mira-VE)

About the Role

You’ll help in fragrance remediation programs for global and local brands, providing olfactive and technical support to ensure successful reworked fragrances are delivered. You will own the global master tracking dashboard and support the Senior Fragrance Manager with metrics to track activities. You will evaluate new fragrance submissions to confirm they meet expectations. The position offers a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support remediation activities to keep the fragrance portfolio compliant with external regulations and internal policies.
  • Track remediation activities, ensuring tasks meet desired deadlines.
  • Evaluate fragrance rework proposals to verify that their olfactive profile aligns with the original fragrances.
  • Coordinate communication with internal teams and external fragrance houses, guiding the process, collecting information and documentation, and archiving them properly.

The Experience We're Looking For

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (equivalent to Laurea Magistrale in Italy) in a relevant scientific discipline (Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry or Pharmacy).
  • Master in Fragrance and Cosmetics (ISIPCA) or similar is a plus.
  • Project Management experience is a plus.
  • Fragrance evaluation experience with above‑average olfactive acuity is highly appreciated.
  • Expertise in fragrance regulation (IFRA, LabMan, etc.) is a plus.

  • Interest in the fragrance industry, especially the regulatory field.
  • Excellent skills with Excel and the Office Pack.
  • Detail‑oriented and well organised when handling large data sets.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Capacity to work independently at a high level.
  • Proactive, eager to learn in a new environment.
