Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement transfer pricing policies and related documentation, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws.
• Execute complex financial analyses to establish, document, and defend the arm's length nature of intercompany transactions.
• Provide assistance in global transfer pricing planning, policy formulation, and strategy development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee and manage transfer pricing audits conducted by tax authorities.
• Prepare reports and presentations regarding transfer pricing matters for internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and external regulators.

Key Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Law.
• 2-5 years of transfer pricing related experience.
• In-depth knowledge of transfer pricing principles and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English.
