We're Hiring: Backend Developer (Mid / Senior)

Location: San Vito dei Normanni (BR), hybrid work model

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Salary: €30,000 – €50,000 gross salary

What You'll Do

• Design and develop secure, scalable backend systems to support high-traffic environments.
• Build automation and AI-powered features for WhatsApp-based communication workflows.
• Ensure smooth integration with CRM tools and third-party services.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers, contributing ideas and feedback.
• If interested, you’ll have the opportunity to mentor others and help shape our software architecture.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You Have

• Experience: 3+ years in backend roles, preferably in complex and high-performance systems.
• Tech Skills: Python, Django, SQL/NoSQL, Docker, AWS, microservices. Bonus: GoLang, Node.js.
• Startup Mentality: You're hands-on, proactive, and comfortable with uncertainty. You move fast, experiment, and learn by doing.
• Results Focus: You value high quality, but know when it's time to ship and iterate.
