Responsabilità principali

• Partecipazione alla corretta tenuta della contabilità generale e del ciclo passivo.
• Partecipazione alla tenuta e aggiornamento dei registri contabili e fiscali obbligatori.
• Predisposizione di scritture di assestamento e chiusura mensile/annuale.
• Supporto alla redazione del bilancio civilistico.
• Supporto alla predisposizione e monitoraggio degli adempimenti fiscali periodici (IVA, imposte dirette, CU, 770, ecc.).
• Analisi e riconciliazione dei conti patrimoniali ed economici; partecipazione attiva all'implementazione di miglioramenti nei processi contabili e amministrativi.

We are looking for an Accounting Specialist with experience in general accounting, taxation, and accounts payable.

Main responsibilities

• Participating in the correct maintenance of general accounting and the accounts payable cycle.
• Participating in the maintenance and updating of mandatory accounting and tax records.
• Preparing monthly/annual adjustments and closing entries.
• Supporting the preparation of statutory financial statements.
• Supporting the preparation and monitoring of periodic tax compliance (VAT, direct taxes, CU, 770, etc.).
• Analyzing and reconciling balance sheet and income statement accounts.
• Actively participating in the implementation of improvements in accounting and administrative processes.

Requisiti richiesti

• DIPLOMA in ragioneria o laurea in discipline economiche.
• Esperienza di 3-5 anni in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente in contesti aziendali strutturati.
• Conoscenza dei principi contabili nazionali (OIC) e delle normative fiscali italiane.
• Conoscenza dei principali adempimenti fiscali.
• Precisione, autonomia e capacità di lavorare in team.

• Diploma in accounting or degree in economics.
• 3-5 years' experience in similar roles, preferably in structured business environments.
• Knowledge of national accounting standards (OIC) and Italian tax regulations.
• Knowledge of the main tax obligations.
• Accuracy, autonomy, and ability to work in a team.
