Commercial Product Specialist - Aftermarket

As a Commercial Product Specialist Aftermarket focused on Consumables products, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Lely Centers Network and internal teams in the SEET region. You will act as the go‑to person for both commercial and technical aspects related to the Aftermarket business. You will help develop marketing campaigns and commercial actions to enhance sales performance of the product under your responsibilities. You travel regularly within the SEET geographical area to maintain close relationships with cluster teams and the Lely Center Network. You will be part of the Business Team Milking of the Cluster SEET, reporting to the Manager Proposition Milking.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment and successful execution of long‑term aftermarket strategies with cross‑functional teams within the Cluster.
• Support a proper aftermarket business focus of the distribution network of the cluster, ensuring professional development through constant training of dedicated people.
• Serve as the main point of contact for commercial and technical questions for the whole Cluster.
• Be the main point of contact for Lely International headquarters to provide market information and ensure seamless communication for strategy implementation.
• Provide input for marketing initiatives and commercial actions to promote aftermarket growth.

Qualifications

• Agricultural background: experience in the agricultural sector, ideally within dairy farming or agricultural machinery is a preference but not a must.
• Commercial mindset: you enjoy selling, identifying customer needs, and delivering effective solutions.
• Strong communicator: skilled at building relationships, managing stakeholders and influencing decisions.
• Good presentation skills and experience delivering training.
• Team player: collaborative, proactive, and supportive of other departments.
• Results‑driven: able to work independently, set clear goals, and manage priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills both in Italian and English.
• Willingness to travel, both nationally and internationally, to maintain strong connections with teams and partners.

Our cluster is in Colturano (MI) and it supports the distribution network of Lely Centers in South‑East Europe and Turkey. We are a young and enthusiastic team, consisting of 40 people distributed between the Colturano office and Istanbul branch office.
