Role

Assistant Manager – Il Centro. The role is dynamic, encompassing business strategy, operations, creativity and people management. Assistant Managers drive sales results, oversee daily store operations, use creative expertise in floorset and product knowledge, and lead talent development from recruiting to engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience
  • Drive Sales and analyze sales data
  • Execute and support OMNI Channel fulfillment
  • Store presentation and sales floor supervision
  • Store and stockroom operations (opening & closing procedures)
  • Staffing, scheduling, and payroll management
  • Training and development of personnel
  • Communication and cross‑department collaboration
  • Asset protection and prevention of losses

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role
  • Proficiency in English and Italian (minimum CEFR B2)
  • Strong problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
  • Team‑building and inter‑personal communication skills
  • Self‑starter with initiative
  • Results‑driven mindset and ability to multi‑task
  • Interest and knowledge of fashion
