Sales Executive - Publishers (Italy)

Refinery89 is searching for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to spearhead our growth in the Italian markets. If you're motivated by challenges, love closing deals, and want to shape the future of online media, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do :

1. Acquire Italian publishers, from prospecting to closing.
2. Build a healthy pipeline and prioritize high-value opportunities.
3. Lead publisher acquisition efforts in Italy by collaborating with sales and operational teams.
4. Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with publishers to foster loyalty.
5. Maintain and update our CRM tool daily with leads and client interactions.
6. Engage in networking activities.

Who We're Looking For :

1. A Sales Enthusiast who thrives on meeting and exceeding goals and enjoys the thrill of closing deals.
2. A competitive individual aiming to be the top performer each month.
3. Motivated by challenges with a focus on hitting monthly and quarterly KPIs.
4. Native Italian speaker fluent in English to effectively communicate with clients and teams.
5. Possesses a keen commercial mindset with attention to detail.
6. Independent and adaptable to fast-paced startup environments, translating technical features into business benefits.

Preferred Qualifications :

1. At least 2+ years of sales experience, including cold calling, meetings, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
2. Good understanding of digital media metrics, web analytics, and advertising formats.
3. Established contacts within Italy's digital publishing media (a plus).
4. Experience at a Publisher Sales House, Trading Desk, digital agency, or AdTech company is highly valued.
