The primary objective of this role will be to supervise a kitchen station to prepare consistent dishes with high-quality ingredients while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
The successful candidate must have strong culinary skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Furthermore, they will also be responsible for following the hotel’s sustainability initiatives and upholding the highest level of quality and presentation in all aspects of their work.
