BCIC Swiss GmBH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a full-time on-site IT Support Specialist in Italy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second level contact and problem resolution for customer issues.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve complex AV issues as needed.
  • Communicate promptly on issue status and resolution.
  • Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows XP, 7, 8.1, 10, and Microsoft Office 2010; support Cisco Jabber and basic Mac OS support for Apple PC users.
  • Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot printers and hardware.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on computers, laptops, and printers.
  • Perform repairs on desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot network and hardware/software issues.
  • Have a broad understanding of IT, including networks, servers, AV, smart devices, and telecoms.
  • This role requires flexibility and teamwork in a project-based environment. Additional duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Valid work permit.
  • Extensive IT and computer knowledge.
  • Several years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Minimum B2 level proficiency in Italian.
