Talent Management & Organizational Development Specialist
Bolton Food, Milano, Italy. Permanent full‑time position within the Human Resources team.
Key Responsibilities
- Support global talent programs: execute performance management, succession planning, career frameworks, and talent review cycles across regions.
- Develop and deliver OD solutions: culture programs, team effectiveness interventions, and change management support.
- Learning & capability development: design, curate, and coordinate global learning programs that build leadership and employee capabilities.
- Data & insights: analyze talent and organizational data to identify trends and provide actionable insights that improve program effectiveness.
- Stakeholder partnership: collaborate with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and global teams to ensure successful rollout and adoption of talent and OD initiatives.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Education: Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or HR – preferably in a global or multinational environment.
- Experience supporting performance‑management cycles, talent reviews, leadership development and/or change‑management initiatives.
- Fluent in English (required); Spanish is a plus.
