• DevOps/Backend Senior
• Mid-Senior Backend Developer

Core DevOps Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable, secure and reusable platform architectures across cloud, hybrid, and on-prem environments.
• Build infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and observability stacks.
• Develop software that empowers and integrates our platform to streamline and enhance processes
• Maintain and troubleshoot Linux, macOS, and Windows environments, ensuring operational excellence across the stack;

DevOps Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps/SRE role.
• Experience in deploying and maintaining Kubernetes clusters
• Experience with CI/CD
• Solid hands-on experience with AWS. Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python/TypeScript,, Powershell.
• Knowledge of Linux systems and proficiency in macOS and Windows shells.
• Networking fundamentals.
• Experience with infrastructure as code and automation tools.
• Proficiency in English and Italian

Core Backend Developer Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust backend components with a strong focus on clean, maintainable, and performance-predictable code
• Architect scalable and modular systems, ensuring long-term maintainability and performance
• Build and optimize video and audio processing applications, integrating low-level media handling with high-level service logic
• Work with low-level programming constructs, optimizing performance and memory usage where necessary
• Develop and maintain communication protocols, ensuring efficiency and reliability in data exchange
• Implement asynchronous and concurrent programming patterns to build high-performance, non-blocking services

Backend Developer Requirements

• Proficiency in backend development
• Understanding of system architecture and component design
• Expertise in low-level programming, including memory management and performance tuning
• Knowledge of asynchronous programming paradigms and concurrency models
• Proficiency in one or more backend languages such as C#, C++, Go
• Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, sockets, and protocol design
• Proficiency in English and Italian
