GRS Recruitment is excited to present an opportunity for a Warranty Administrator (Automotive) for a reputable automotive company based in Nicosia. Our client is dedicated to delivering excellence in the automotive industry and is seeking an enthusiastic professional with a strong background in automotive technologies to join their dynamic team. Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review and process warranty claims according to manufacturer guidelines
• Submit warranty claims to manufacturers' systems and monitor
• Plan, manage, implement, and report on Recall Campaigns

Candidate Profile:

• Mechanical Engineering Aptitude (Mechanical or Automotive Engineering Degree)
• Excellent IT literacy
• High level of MS Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot and lookup tables, and conditional formatting)
• Good MS Word skills
• Excellent technical writing skills in Automotive subjects both in English and Greek
• Superb communication skills
• Valid Driving License
• Previous experience as a Warranty/Recall Administrator (or similar role in automotive industry)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
