YOUR MISSION:

• Provide high standards of customer service according to PUMA's values
• Achieve sales performance and profitability through effective customer service
• Process sales accurately at the cash register
• Execute and maintain Visual Merchandising guidelines according to PUMA's criteria
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise responsibly
• Identify product opportunities and communicate them to the management team

• Retail experience
• Passion for the PUMA brand and interest in the commercial world
• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused personality
• Team player with a quick learning ability
• Ability to offer high levels of customer assistance and excellent communication skills
• Good computer skills and knowledge of MS programs
• Good knowledge of English and German languages
