Your Role
We are searching for a dedicated Technical Services Performance Specialist to join our team at Technogym HQ in Cesena (Italy). This role involves the management, monitoring and analysis of specific Technical Service processes in close collaboration with our Subsidiaries worldwide. Your impact and contribution in this role will drive service excellence and enhance customer satisfaction.
Your Impact
- Analyze data and monitor KPIs currently used in the Technical Service area to highlight trends, issues or possible areas of improvement;
- Provide direct support to Subsidiaries to improve efficiency and streamline current processes;
- Deliver training sessions to colleagues in Subsidiaries to increase service excellence, either remotely or at local offices;
- Transfer know-how about reporting and monitoring tools throughout the Technical Service organization across subsidiaries to build a comprehensive overview of the business;
- Manage specific processes (e.g. Warranty Refund) in collaboration with Subsidiaries and Distributors Partners to ensure that the process is executed correctly and in a timely manner;
- Support in collecting and formalizing business specifications for the development and improvement of reporting tools;
- Support the Team in ensuring adherence of the Subsidiaries to key processes to guarantee that the systems data are truly representative of the Level of Service delivered to customers;
- Contribute to define and implement specific performance improvement plans and monitor their progress through recurrent meetings with Subsidiary Teams;
- Contribute to the implementation of Technical Services strategic fundamentals while fostering a continuous improvement approach.
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. Experience of, or a proven interest in the fitness industry is highly desirable, along with excellent analytical and communication skills, curiosity and creativity.
What You Should Bring
- Master's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in Technical Service, After Sales or related roles
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and IT Tools (e.g. Salesforce, Excel, Power Point)
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- English proficiency (minimum level B2 CEFR)
- Availability to international business trips
- Ability to execute tasks quickly and accurately
- Good teamworking and listening skills
