Duties and Responsibilities
This role will report to Global Senior Director of Training.
- Sales Transformation: Drive the integration of vendor training services into Exclusive Networks' distribution sales motion, ensuring that training offerings are actively upsold alongside product sales to maximize attach rates and customer value.
- Global Training Portfolio Management: Own and curate the portfolio of vendor-based training courses offered by Exclusive Networks worldwide.
- Vendor Relationship & Program Compliance: Act as the global point of contact for vendors training program team.
- Product-to-Course Mapping & Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain a detailed mapping of vendor products and solutions to their corresponding training courses and certifications.
- Global Training Calendar Planning: Provide governance and oversight to ensure that the overall global schedule of Vendor classes meets market demand and aligns with vendor expectations.
- Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement: Track key performance indicators for the Vendor training line.
- Sales and Marketing Support: Serve as the subject matter expert on vendor training for internal sales teams and marketing.
- Instructor & Delivery Quality Oversight: While the direct management of instructors lies with the operations team, the Product Manager plays a role in ensuring supply and quality of instructors for vendor courses.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Education, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years in product management, training program management, or vendor relationship management in IT/cybersecurity; hands‑on experience with vendor technologies or training programs is a plus.
- Strong understanding of vendor training programs and ability to quickly adapt to evolving structures.
- Strategic and data‑driven mindset; able to make decisions using operational or sales data and contribute to business KPIs.
- Excellent project management skills; able to handle multiple initiatives while keeping an eye on the big picture.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence, present, and collaborate with global teams and vendor contacts.
- Solid technical aptitude; familiarity with training systems (TMS/LMS), CRM/ERP, and digital learning tools.
- Innovative, proactive, and self‑driven; seeks ways to improve training offerings and processes.
- Team player with experience working in global, matrixed environments; culturally aware and adaptable.
- Limited, purposeful travel may be required for vendor events, training hubs, or on‑site strategy sessions.
