Inbound Launch & Configuration Program Manager, AMET - Supply Chain

Job ID: 3128949 | Afaq - Warehouse Branch

The Network Launch & Configuration Readiness Manager is responsible for ensuring end-to-end launch readiness across all Fulfillment Centers (FCs) and Stores spanning Core, Rush, and Now networks. This role leads the configuration design, planning, and execution readiness for new nodes, ensuring operational scalability and compliance with Amazon standards. The role partners closely with Ops, Supply Chain, Tech, and Business teams to define launch scope, validate configuration inputs (e.g., inbound, outbound, storage topology), and manage readiness checkpoints from planning through Go‑Live. The incumbent will standardize launch mechanisms, ensure alignment with S&OP, topology, and capacity plans, and act as the single‑threaded owner for configuration health across multiple speed networks. The position requires a deep understanding of fulfillment network design, operational processes, and cross‑functional project management, with the ability to translate planning inputs into executable operational readiness milestones.

Key job responsibilities

  • Define and track readiness milestones (inbound, storage, outbound, systems, and capacity) from planning through Go‑Live.
  • Partner with Ops, Supply Chain, and Business teams to validate launch inputs, volume ramp plans, and operational dependencies.

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of program or project management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology.
  • Experience in MS Access and SQL.
  • Experience in requirement gathering and the ability to write clear and detailed requirement documents.
