Context and Purpose of the Job

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Junior Producer to join our Content Production team. You will work closely with the Content Production Coordinator, supporting all organizational and production phases related to non–e-commerce photographic activities.

Responsibilities

• Support in the organization and execution of assigned photo shoots, ensuring smooth coordination across all stages of production
• Oversee product movements in collaboration with the warehouse and product office, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness
• Manage the archiving of images, ensuring proper filing, order, and traceability
• Assist in the coordination of external suppliers involved in production and post-production activities
• Provide support in the management of the annual budget, including the processing of purchase orders through SAP
• Conduct props research for photo shoots based on creative inputs and brand guidelines
• Act as a point of contact between the production team and cross-functional departments, ensuring alignment on priorities and timelines
• Monitor the production calendar and provide support in scheduling and planning activities

Requirements

• Two years of experience in similar roles
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Result-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy in execution
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Curiosity and willingness to learn, with a proactive and flexible attitude
