This strategic role is focused on project management, process improvement and supporting the School's accreditation and quality standards. The Quality & Accreditation Officer ensures alignment with prestigious global accreditation requirements, drives continuous improvement initiatives and supports innovative educational practices.

• Coordinate and manage accreditation and certification processes (EQUIS, AACSB, AMBA, ASFOR, ISO 9001).
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives supporting accreditation cycles, including policy formulation and coordination of accreditation visits.
• Provide strategic insights and dedicated project management support to the Dean and Steering Committee.
• Improve and standardize quality assessment practices and procedures across programs.
• Prepare, review, and refine policy documentation to meet internal and external quality standards.
• Oversee accurate and timely data collection, aligning with accreditation and internal quality requirements.

Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and proficiency in relevant software applications are required for this position. A Master's degree is necessary, while advanced qualifications are a plus. Experience in project management, accreditation processes or related fields, preferably in higher education, is highly valued.
