Fricker’s Restaurant Manager

As a Fricker’s manager, you will provide outstanding leadership to the team, be passionate about the industry, and inspire others through coaching, training, counseling and creating a profitable environment while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Job Duties

  • Execute Fricker’s unique brand of fun, food, sports and spirits.
  • Drive positive sales growth.
  • Maintain a healthy, safe, and secure environment by enforcing all food‑safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards.
  • Achieve optimal performance from staff through clear communication, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling and enforcement of policies.
  • Control costs by monitoring food and labor efficiencies.
  • Accomplish staffing objectives by recruiting, selecting, and training quality individuals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of recent restaurant management experience in a fast‑casual atmosphere.
  • Steady, stable employment track record and minimum of two professional references.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Positive, friendly demeanor and customer/guest‑service focused attitude.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
