For the construction of two Model Farm, located in Ghana and Congo we are looking for a Site Project Manager.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the project of a prefabricated base camp / Model Farm from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. In detail :

• Supervise the engineering activities and the elaboration of project's technical
• Be responsible for managing all activities involved in EPC projects covering the define and execution phases including HSE, engineering, detail design, construction supervision, contractual management, inspection and quality control.
• Manage project budget, keep the projects on schedule, interface with regulatory authorities, supervise plant star-up, and turnover to the client.

REQUIRED COMPETENCES

• Capacity to work independently and organize resources;
• leadership and resources management;
• knowledge and practice of IT programs;
• Problem-solving attitude;
• Professional knowledge in English language.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 10 years of overall experience - of which minimum 5 years of proven experience as Project manager in Building Works / civil construction projects (50+million usd contract value) in remote areas and multicultural environments. Experience in Afirca will be a preferencial title.
• Skilled in management of engineering activities and technical documents;
• Knowledge of contract law with regards to construction projects;
• Degree in Engineering.
• Fluent in english and french languages.
