Senior Business Development Executive

Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior BD & Marketing Executive to join a leading international law firm supporting its European offices in Geneva, Zurich, Milan, Paris, and Luxembourg. This is a varied and visible position where you will work closely with senior stakeholders, partners, and business leaders to deliver business development and marketing initiatives that drive growth across the region.

In this role, you will be at the centre of European BD activity, supporting strategy implementation, preparing pitches and proposals, managing client-facing materials, coordinating events and sponsorships, and delivering thought leadership campaigns. You will also contribute to legal directory and award submissions, monitor budgets, and help shape profile-raising opportunities across multiple jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy implementation across European BD activity.

Qualifications

• Proactive and confident executive with proven experience in BD within a professional services environment.
• Strong organisational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; additional European languages such as French and German are highly desirable.
