Project Manager

What You Will Do

• Work in international contexts, managing projects in Europe and North America
• Manage and oversee multi‑cultural project teams while monitoring and controlling project constraints (scope, time, cost)
• Ensure successful delivery by meeting quality standards jointly agreed with customers
• Provide technical guidance to the project team
• Ensure time‑efficient task assignments to project team members
• Build trust and manage successful relationships with expert.ai customers
• Manage multiple projects in parallel

Who You Are

• Master’s degree or higher and knowledge of Computer Science and technical aspects; familiarity with AI is a plus
• 10+ years of experience in software development projects within consultancy firms, system integrators, or similar
• Fluent with best practices and frameworks in organization and project management (PMP®, PSM®, Prince 2® certifications will be considered a plus)
• Comfortable managing internal and external stakeholders, up to the C‑Level
• Flexible, resilient, and able to manage projects based on diverse technologies and in diverse industries
• Can deliver effective technical presentations to any audience, expressing strong communication skills
• Natural problem solver and result‑oriented
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
